“Wazir” is the upcoming drama movie which stars the phenomenal actor Amitabh Bachchan and this makes it one of the most awaited movies. What adds to the anticipation is that the movie comes from the makers of the masterpieces such as “3 Idiots” and “PK”. The movie has been directed by Bejoy Nambiar and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Rajkumar Hirani and Aquib Khan under the renowned banner of Rajkumar Hirami Films. The story has been penned down by Abhijat Joshi and Vidhu Vinod Chopra while Shantanu Moitra has composed the music for the film. The movie has been shot in and around the capital city of Delhi.
Release Date
“Wazir” will be released simultaneously in Hindi and English on 4th December, 2015. Its first teaser was released along with the movie “PK”, while the second teaser was out on 3rd June, 2015.

The star cast of “Wazir” is a formidable one, with Amitabh Bachchan playing the pivotal role and seasoned stars like Farhan Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari being a part of the movie. Handsome actor John Abraham has done a cameo in “Wazir”, while the others in the star cast are Neil Nitin Mukesh, Aarif Sherasiya, Prakash Raj, Hufeza Ali, Jignesh Savaliya and Varun Gulu.
Story
“Wazir” is a movie which stars Amitabh Bachchan as a former chess grandmaster, who is now bound to wheelchair because of paralysis. He finds an unlikely friend in Farhan Akhtar, who plays the character of a courageous ATS officer. The two of them are brought together by destiny and decide to help each other conquer their biggest opponent, an enemy under cover till the end. Whether the intrigue of the film will set the box office ringing or not, will be seen in December this year.
