Vishwakarma Festival 2018 Date Puja Subh Mahurat Time
Vishwakarma Puja is one of the leading festival celebrated across India, according to Indian mythological texts God Vishwakarma was the Principal Universal Architect who designed the mesmerizing Universe and also helped god in designing Heaven. Lord Vishwakarma is known to be the spiritual idea and the spirit of energy that allows and bestow artisan, craftsmen, weavers, smith, and mechanics to collaborate their efforts to form best of products or crafts in order to be used by common people.
The Lord Vishwakarma is portrayed in his idols as sitting on the back of Elephant holding a water pot in his hand, the other three hands are equipped with the Vedas, a noose and a craftsmen tool to offer a blessing to the people with occupation as workers and professionals. Vishwakarma Puja is celebrated every year in between Dussehra and Diwali, Lord Vishwakarma is known as the supreme worker with excellence in craftsmanship and known to teach the mysteries of science to mankind in order to let the people of Earth help themselves with new discoveries and advancement.
Vishwakarma Puja Date
Vishwakarma Puja according to Hindu calendar falls on Padyami, also called as the first day of Kartik Masa and the Puja is performed on the fourth day of Diwali (Next Day to Diwali). In some states such as West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa Vishwakarma Puja is celebrated on 17th September of ever year. The lunar calendar doesn’t fluctuate dates in these states.
