Lenovo has started sending out media invites to the renowned media at India to attend the Lenovo K4 Note unveiling ceremony. As it appears on NDTV website, the release is set for 5th January 2016 at 10.45 am. After the unveiling event takes place, the device will actually hit the market in a very short time span.
Speaking of the Lenovo K3 Note, it had been announced back in March 2015 and now available in the market in abundance. If you don’t want to wait for the Lenovo K4 Note, then the showrooms have units to be sold in plenty.
Display
On the display end, not much has changed. It’s still the same 5.5 inch full HD display offering resolution 1080×1920 pixels and the pixel density on the display is 401 ppi. Both the Lenovo K4 Note and Lenovo K3 Note flaunts the same IPS LCD technology, thus the display experience will not really differ. A Lenovo K3 Note user should not upgrade to the Lenovo K4 Note just for the display, not just yet.
Processor
Lenovo K4 Note is going to flaunt a MediatekHelio X10 CPU, as of yet that rumor sources claim so. Official resources have been silent regarding the hardware specification on Lenovo K4 Note so far. However, 3 GB RAM has been confirmed via a Tweet recently, hence we can surely expect a massively powerful Helio X10 in this upcoming iteration.
Lenovo K3 Note is powered by Mediatek MT6752 octa core 1.7 GHz CPU. This processor can also handle 64 bit processes at ease, and the RAM is 2GB on this handse.t
Storage
On the storage end, Lenovo K4 Note is rumored to flaunt at least 32GB for the base model. On the other hand, Lenovo K3 Note had 16GB internal storage and a microSD card slot.
Camera
Nothing on the cameras of Lenovo K4 Note has been released. Lenovo K3 Note sports 13 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras, the Lenovo K4 Note might include a 16 MP rear and an 8 MP front camera.
Connectivity
Both Lenovo K3 Note and Lenovo K4 note handsets are 4G LTE compliant. However, Lenovo K4 Note might incorporate NFC unlike Lenovo K3 Note.
Operating System
Lenovo K4 Note would probably be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, while the Lenovo K3 Note is still running on Android Lollipop 5.x builds.
Price
Lenovo K3 Note has a retail price tag of Rs. 9,999. Upon the arrival of K4 Note, Lenovo is most likely to readjust the pricing for both these handsets.

Upgrade to Lenovo K4 Note from Lenovo K3 Note may not be totally worth it, however if it’s your first Lenovo device then the Lenovo K4 Note is certainly worth it.
