Samsung Galaxy J5 is lighter in weight and fits well in your palm. It is available in White, Black and Gold color with 2600 mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy J7, on the other hand, weighs slightly more. It has 3000 mAh battery capacity and is also available with same color variants.
